In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, and Western Tucker Counties.

From 1 PM Sunday to 3 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
