Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Monroe and Noble and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Preston, Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, and Wetzel counties. * WHEN... From Saturday morning through Sunday evening. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall and potential snow melt could create localized flooding.
