The Flood Advisory will expire at 2 PM EDT this afternoon for a portion of central North Carolina, including the following areas, Anson, Chatham, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, Scotland and Stanly.
The heavy rain has ended. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
