Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Southern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... West Central Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Northern Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN... Until 230 PM EDT. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1038 AM EDT, emergency management reported flooded roadways and multiple water rescues in the warned area due to thunderstorms earlier this morning. Flooding is ongoing. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, with additional rounds of light rainfall possible. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
