The Flood Warning will expire at 1230 AM EDT early this morning for portions of central and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Jackson, Nicholas and Roane. In southern West Virginia, Kanawha.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 200 AM EDT Tuesday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and West Virginia...
