From 7 AM to 7 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Wind gusts and expected snowfall could create areas of blowing snow where sharply reduced visibility is possible.
