Until 415 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 419 AM EDT, gauge reports heavy rainfall and run-off will soon result in flooding along the East River.
- Flood stage for the East River is 9 feet and the gauge in Willowton is currently at 8.9 feet and rising.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glen Lyn and Willowton.
