At 16.0 feet, Water approaches back of homes on Old Plank Rd, upstream of gage. The Riverside Lot at Elm Street and North Main Street begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:35 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 12.9 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0 feet tomorrow morning.
