* WHAT...
Urban area, stream, and river flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues, with the potential for isolated rock falls and landslides in some areas.

* WHERE...
Portions of central and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Braxton, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Roane and Taylor. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis, Randolph and Upshur.

* WHEN...
Until 1000 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams and rivers continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Isolated rock falls and landslides remain possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 418 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated rain moving across portions of the warned area, with additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches possible. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen thus far. As a result of the saturated ground, rock falls and landslides have been reported in some locations.

Buckhannon, Weston, Philippi, Spencer, Glenville, Sutton, Grantsville, Audra State Park, Belington, Gassaway, Stonewall Jackson, Jackson Mill, Rock Cave, Cedar Creek State Park, Big Otter, Arnoldsburg, Junior, Burnsville, Lost Creek and Jane Lew.
