HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Vienna, Williamstown, Belmont, Washington, Boaz, Lubeck, Newport, North Hills, Willow Island, Petroleum, Little Hocking, Schultz, Waverly, Fleming, Blennerhassett, and Bartlett.

Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 173 and 186.
Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 3.
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 25.
