Portions of central and northwest Virginia, including the following areas, in central Virginia, Albemarle and Greene. In northwest Virginia, Frederick VA, Madison, Northern Virginia Blue Ridge, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah and Warren.

* WHEN...
Until 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional scattered thunderstorms may produce localized rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches in an hour resulting in flash flooding this evening.
