Temperatures have fallen below freezing across the area, causing lingering runoff from melted snow and sleet to refreeze on untreated roads. Patchy black ice can be expected once again through this morning. Icy patches will remain until temperatures can warm above freezing in the late morning hours. If traveling this morning, be prepared for slick spots, especially on bridges and overpasses and any untreated roadways. Use extra caution when walking on sidewalks, driveways, and in parking lots.
