Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.

* WHERE...
Portions of central, northeast, northern, and southeast West Virginia, including the following counties, in central West Virginia, Taylor. In northeast West Virginia, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph and Southeast Webster. In northern West Virginia, Barbour, Harrison, Lewis and Upshur. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest Nicholas, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh.

* WHEN...
Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall on top of an existing snowpack will lead to an increased flooding threat. 1 to 2.5 inches of rain is expected across the watch through this afternoon.
