A portion of eastern North Carolina, including the following areas, Beaufort, Duplin, Greene, Inland Onslow, Jones, Lenoir, Northern Craven, Pamlico, Pitt and Southern Craven.

* WHEN...
From 11 AM EDT this morning through Saturday morning.
