Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Virginia and southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until 1 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
