Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, except 12 to 18 inches for Teller County and the Palmer Divide.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

Pikes Peak Region, northwest Fremont County, and all of El Paso County.

* WHEN...
Until 6 PM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Gusty winds and heavy, wet snow could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Overnight lows tonight are expected to fall below freezing across El Paso County. Take precautions to protect tender vegetation as well as exposed irrigation systems to prevent damage.
