At 419 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over West Liberty, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Wellsburg, Avella, Wolfdale, Bethany, Franklin, Hickory, Beech Bottom, Brilliant, Windsor Heights, Taylorstown, West Middletown, and Rockdale.
This includes Interstate 70 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 12 and 13.
