Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 605 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated additional heavy rainfall moving into the area and flooding in ongoing from previous rainfall. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected tonight and this will exacerbate the flooding tonight.
