The Flood Warning will expire at 1045 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following county, Buchanan and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, McDowell and Mingo.
The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
A Flood Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT Sunday for portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest Virginia, and West Virginia...
