Portions of DC, central, northeast, northern, and southern Maryland, and central, northern, and northwest Virginia.

From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Light sleet moves into the area this evening, then a mix of freezing rain and sleet develops after midnight.
Most of the area will see a mix of sleet and freezing rain through the night, with rain mixing in along and east of Interstate 95.
Temperatures will warm Thursday morning after sunrise, and precipitation transitions to rain.
