Across the West Virginia lowlands, up to 1 inch of snow, and a light glaze to one tenth of an inch of ice. Across the mountains of West Virginia, 1 to 3 inches of snow and up to two tenths of an inch of ice.

Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western West Virginia.

Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.
