- At 946 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen.

Caddle Creek, Bull Creek, Big Creek, Cody Creek, Beaver Creek, Ararat River, Chinquapin Creek and Cooks Creek.
