Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Anson County.

* WHEN...
Until 800 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 722 PM EDT, The widespread heavy rainfall has ended.
Continued drainage of storm waters will continue the risk for minor flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wadesboro, Ansonville, Polkton, Lilesville, Morven, Peachland, McFarlan, White Store and Blewett Falls Lake.
