At 730 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9 miles southwest of Belmont, or 10 miles east of Parkersburg, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Harrisville, St. Marys, Pennsboro, Belmont, North Bend State Park, Ellenboro, Cairo, Pullman, Willow Island, Nutter Farm, Maxwell, Petroleum, Schultz, Arvilla, Point Lookout, Wick, Waverly, Hebron, Pike, and Highland.
This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 16 and 43.
