Hadensville around 110 PM EDT.
Macon around 115 PM EDT.
Powhatan, Goochland, and Gum Spring around 120 PM EDT.
Oilville and Sabot around 130 PM EDT.
Bumpass, Montpelier, and Manakin around 135 PM EDT.
