Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 543 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Pine Grove, Jacksonburg, Smithfield, Big Run, Wileyville, Reader, Knob Fork, Porters Falls, Folsom and Littleton.
