Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

Southern Roane County in central West Virginia...
South Central Calhoun County in north central West Virginia...

* WHEN...
Until 530 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1127 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Amma, Looneyville, Left Hand, Tariff and Walton.
- This includes Interstate 79 between mile markers 23 and 33.
