* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes and result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Winds continue to diminish, and the threat for damaging wind gusts has ended. However, it will still be windy enough, combined with very low temperatures, to produce the dangerously low wind chills into Sunday morning.
