Flood Advisory issued August 23 at 12:27AM EDT until August 23 at 12:30AM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA
The Flood Advisory will expire at 1230 AM EDT early this morning for a portion of north central North Carolina, including the following areas, Stokes and Surry.
The threat for widespread flooding remains over the area. Therefore the Flood Advisory has been replaced by a Flood Warning. Please refer to that bulletin for more information.
