Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1023 PM EDT, Automated gauges indicated water issues on smaller rivers and larger creeks and streams from previous rainfall, including Duck Creek, Middle Island Creek, and the Little Muskingum River.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Middlebourne, Williamstown, Paden City, Shinnston, Salem, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Lumberport, West Union, Enterprise, Matamoras, Lowell, Macksburg, Pullman, Friendly, Lower Salem, Mountain, Alma and New Matamoras.
