IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Huntington, Ashland, Coal Grove, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Cannonsburg, Kenova, Catlettsburg, Ceredo, Princess, South Point, Burlington, Westwood, and Summit.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 64 in Kentucky between mile markers 183 and 191.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 1 and 10.
