Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The strongest winds are expected from about 10 AM to noon, and again 3 PM to 9 PM.
