.Heavy rain of 2 to 3 inches in upper Guyandotte River basin will result in minor flooding in and around Logan.
For the Guyandotte River...Minor flooding is forecast.

Guyandotte River at Logan.

From this evening to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...
At 21.0 feet, Stollings section on west side of Logan subject to flooding.
At 23.0 feet, Some roads and railroad tracks above and below town flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM EST Saturday the stage was 20.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 26.7 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 26.7 feet on 04/15/2007.
