* WHAT...
Small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Western Greenbrier.

* WHEN...
Until 845 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 234 AM EST, The combination of rain and snowmelt is causing flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell across this region during the past couple of days. Flooding is ongoing along the Meadow River near Hines and is expected to continue into the morning hours. At 230 AM EST, the Meadows River at Hines had reached 14.4 feeet. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The river is continuing to rise and will crest in the vicinity of 14.6 ft. Sewell Creek in Rainelle has receded, but is still just below flood stage of 14.0 feet.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Meadow River, Sewell Creek, Big Clear Creek, Mill Creek and Boggs Creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rainelle and Rupert.
