From early Monday morning through Monday afternoon.

Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
The strongest gusts are expected between the leeward side of the Ramparts and I-25 corridor, though strong gusts spreading across eastern El Paso County will be possible.
