Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo, Raleigh and Wyoming.

Until 1230 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1035 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Up to 0.8 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area.
