Urban area, stream, and river flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall continues, with the potential for isolated rock falls and landslides in some areas.

Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter and Lawrence and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Cabell, Clay, Jackson, Kanawha, Lincoln, Putnam, Roane and Wayne.

* WHEN...
Until 730 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Isolated rock falls and landslides remain possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 535 PM EST, Emergency management reported some lingering impassable roads across portions of the warned area from prior rainfall. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier in the day.

Charleston, Nitro, Louisa, Wayne, Hamlin, Clay, Blaine, Beech Fork State Park, Yatesville Lake State Park, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Hurricane, Sissonville, Clendenin, Poca, Fort Gay, Culloden and Spurlockville.
