River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 119 AM EDT, A rapid river rise has occurred along the South Fork of the Roanoke River near Shawsville due to rainfall of between 1 and 3 inches. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
