Lack of recent precipitation, relative humidity values ranging from around 20 to 30 percent and breezy winds with gusts of 15 to 20 mph will result in an increased risk for wildfire spread across the area this afternoon and evening.
Any ignition source may quickly get out of control given the gusty winds. For your safety and the safety of others, you are urged to avoid outdoor burning.
Spring fire season for the state of Ohio is during the months of March through May. From March 1st through May 31th...all outdoor burning is prohibited between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
