At 721 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles southeast of Clover Fork to near Rogersville to near Russellville. Movement was east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Johnson City, Kingsport, Morristown, Greeneville, Rogersville, Gate City, Jonesborough, Tusculum, Surgoinsville, and Pennington Gap.
