Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 8 AM to 3 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday post-holiday travel.
