Eastern Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...
For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 7 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
