Portions of northwest North Carolina, southwest Virginia, and southeast West Virginia along and west of the Blue Ridge.

From 7 AM Sunday to 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The very cold wind chills could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia may occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these conditions.
