Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Gusty winds up to 45 mph are possible across the higher mountain elevations, which could bring down tree branches and result in blowing and drifting of snow, primarily above 3,500 feet.
