* WHAT...
Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
A portion of central North Carolina, including the following counties, Anson, Hoke, Moore, Richmond and Scotland.

* WHEN...
Until 400 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 240 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding, especially across Anson and Richmond Counties where a Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 5 AM EDT.

Laurinburg, Southern Pines, Rockingham, Wadesboro, Raeford, Pinehurst, Hamlet, Aberdeen, Ansonville, Hoffman, Antioch, Polkton, Whispering Pines, Pinebluff, Ellerbe, Foxfire, Dobbins Heights, Wagram, Taylortown and Vass.
