Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 820 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Lucasville, Rarden, Wakefield, Bear Creek, Germany, Mount Joy, State Route 335 at State Route 776, Stockdale, Ladd and Minford.
