HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Greeneville, Elizabethton, Abingdon, Erwin, Gate City, and Jonesborough.
