At 118 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles west of Fuquay-Varina to near Carthage. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Sanford, Lillington, Carthage, Angier, Broadway, Cameron, Lemon Springs, Gum Springs, Raven Rock State Park, and Olivia.
