The Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following area, Greene, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel.
The Flood Watch will end at 11pm. Localized Flash Flood Warnings and Flood Warnings continue into early Wednesday morning. Please be advised that some areas may be experiencing high water.
