In Virginia, Grayson, Smyth, and Tazewell Counties. In West Virginia, Mercer and Summers Counties.

* WHEN...
From 1 PM Wednesday to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
The snow may begin as rain. As temperatures fall Wednesday afternoon the rain is expected to change to snow with poor travel conditions expected Wednesday night.
